The patches should have black residue on the internal part of the patch after removing it from your feet after at least 6 hours of use. Also, the residue should be fading and becoming less if you continue to use the patches daily for at least 10 days. |

4.1. Once you have placed your order on the Website and made the payment, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. After your order is processed you should receive the shipment within 4-14 business days if shipping will not be affected by natural occurrences.
4.2. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we won't be able to accept any changes to your order or cancel the order. If you change your mind, you can return products as specified in Section 5 (“Returns & Refunds”) below;
4.3. All products purchased on our Website will be delivered to You by EMS, DHL or other similar couriers. After we finish processing your order we will send you confirmation letter containing your shipment tracking number. 4.4. In case your purchase does not reach you within 30 calendar days, please report to our customer support. Please be noted, that in accordance to Article 18(2) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, if You do not receive your purchase within 30 days, you must contact us and inform Us about acceptable additional period of time upon which we will deliver Your purchase. You shall be entitled to terminate the purchase only if We have failed to deliver your purchase within the additional time limit. Please be noted that you cannot claim to not have received the purchased goods if the rules set out in this provision is not followed.

5.1. Within 30 days from receiving, you can return a physical product and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if you have received a product which is either:

Please note, that digital products are non-refundable.
5.2. If you have received a defective item which fits the description above (Clause 6.1) please contact our customer support by filling a contact form on the Website (https://nuubu.com/contact) as soon as you can, but not later than within 30 days from receiving the defected item. Our customer support might ask you to provide the following information (please be ready to provide it before contacting the customer support):

(b) Picture(s) of Product and/or concern
(c) Your shipping address & phone number
(d) Shipping receipt or invoice
5.3. After you provide the information requested by the customer support, we will provide you with returning shipments address and/or other details. Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 (fourteen) days.
5.4. We might refuse to issue a refund, if:
(a) the returned product was used more than necessary to identify a defect (for example, if half of the product was used prior return);
(b) you are unable to provide the product for inspection;
(c) we have sufficient evidence that the product was not damaged during delivery;
(d) after close inspection we have not found the defects that you have specified;
(e) You are returning an un-defective product which was used or the package of the product was opened prior returning;
(f) You want to return a digital product.
5.5. Please be noted that we will only accept returned products and make refund for them if they will be returned to the address provided by Our customer support and will have the return merchandise authorisation code placed on the returning shipment. Please do not send any returning products to our office address as we won’t be able to accept them.
5.6. Since Nuubu products are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, normally we do not accept returns, except for defective or damaged products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchased products for subjective reasons (such as didn’t like it), please contact our customer support by filling a contact form on the Website (https://nuubu.com/contact) and we will do our best to improve, find a solution and/or resolve any issues that you might have. We always put our best efforts into finding solutions that would be most favourable to our customers.

6. Subscription
6.1. By subscribing to our service, you agree that the payment will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of your purchase. You will be billed on a monthly or other basis, depending on the duration you selected for the subscription at the time of purchase for the amount specified at the then-current price displayed on the checkout page during your subscription sign-up. Please ensure that your provided payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any disruptions in your subscription service.
6.2. You have the right to cancel your Nuubu subscription at any time. However, please note, that the cancellation will be effective from the next month unless we have not yet dispatched the item for the current month's subscription at the moment of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription in a given month, and we have not sent the item for that month, the subscription will be terminated, and the money will be refunded, starting from that month. But if we have already dispatched the item(s) before the cancellation, the subscription will be terminated, and the refund will be processed from the following month.
6.3. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support by filling a contact form on the Website (https://nuubu.com/contact) or reach us out by support@nuubu.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process the cancellation in accordance with the Terms of Service.
