The pads adhered well. Everyday they were black but I think that was just the chemical reaction to the sweat on my feet with the ingredients in the pad. They didn't hurt anything but I don't think they helped anything.

A tremendous relief!

I have always found Nuubu Detox Patches marvellous. After wearing them a few days in a row to get all the excess toxins out of the body, I now wear them once a week and the difference is visible. In the morning, I feel clean and light and my sleep has improved. I have always had problems of bad circulation and heaviness in my limbs and these patches have been the only good remedy to this awkward problem that I have ever tried. Whilst continuing applying the Nuubu foot mask, I am overwhelmed with the results. I am diagnosed with post polio & one of the side affects for me was burning feet which I no longer suffer from enabling a more pain free sleep & I have suffered with burning feet for years. Not all foot patches were created equal

I have tried other foot patches and foot baths over the years to reduce toxins in my body. I have numerous allergies and a weakened immune system because of this and the doctor was concerned. I was skeptical about trying another foot patch, but am glad I did. The other patches helped a little bit, but these are making such a difference in just a few weeks. I sleep better, my head is less foggy, my allergies have been much better and I get sick less. I just feel so much better. I stumbled across Nuubu by accident

I stumbled across Nuubu by accident - looking for help with varicose veins, achy legs & sleepless nights. I thought the patches were worth a go. I have been impressed with the results so far. My veins are reduced & less uncomfortable & sleep is a whole lot better. I can’t explain but I do feel a whole lot better in myself. Improvement after one night.

These are the best pads I've used. My legs and ankles tend to swell right around the time I will be working with chemicals at work. The first night you use them in the morning the pads will be soaked with black toxin gook. 2nd night a little less. The 3rd even less and so on. But the reason I know they're working is my legs and ankles will be totally transformed to their right size. Not only do they remove toxins but the nights I use them I sleep like a baby. User for life. Never did the 10 ten cleanse but I will next order. If you have to walk with them on, walk on your heels and remove them 1st thing when you wake. If u walk on them your just forcing the toxins back in.

Buy Only Nuubu Pads

This brand comes with the pads already fastened to the tape and stays on your feet all night. The other brands must be assembled (putzy) and the adhesive doesn't hold so the pads end up in the bedsheets! Anyway, Nuubu pads seem to help my sleep quality and also to reduce the arthritis pain in my knees. I'm wearing them now. I like them. I feel they do some good. In the morning the pads are black and tar-like so I remove them in the bathroom and immediately wipe the soles of my feet.

I am presently using the Nuubu foot pads to see if they would show toxins even being pulled. Any change in color as tried other products showing nothing. Saw this product online a couple of times. I am interested in alternative medicine/ kitchen medicine for my aches and pains and so decided to give this Asian medicine product a go. Also, see my other reviews for copper heels and salt pipes. When ordering online, please be careful with the add-ons facility. There is text below each add-on to click, should you not want to purchase any. I think this should be better highlighted for the customer to see, so they can avoid any unnecessary purchases. I decided to buy just two packets, as you should be able to see results in about 10 days from nightly usage. These come in an attractive looking packet, that contain 10 pads that are well sealed. All of the product information that you need is clearly written on the outside, with a further smaller leaflet inside. There are 4 main ingredients in this product: Bamboo Vinegar. Good for detoxification, as it supports liver health. The liver being our main detoxifying organ. Its also good for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and aids in good weight management. Houttuynia Cordata - Thunb. An extremely good anti- inflammatory. Ideal for inflammation related diseases/conditions. eg. asthma, phlebitis, hayfever. Especially good for lung conditions. eg. pneumonia. Also good for maintaining a healthy weight. Loquat Leaf. Good for diabetes, encouraging normal sugar levels, as it helps to increase insulin. Also supports liver function. Wood Vinegar. Supports liver and bowel health. Soothes indigestion and helps with acid reflux and heartburn. Make sure that your feet are clean first. Remove two pads from the seal and apply them to the middle part of the souls of your feet, as directed. I tend to put mine vertically, as this covers more of the middle part of the sole of your foot. They stick very well, so no worries about them falling off during the night. Remove them in the morning. They can be a bit pungent... that`s the wood vinegar. The pads will appear black/brown in colour. I would recommend that you don`t wear your slippers until they are removed and you have washed your feet first! No need to do anything complicated, as they work while you sleep. I had only worn them for 2 or 3 nights before I saw an improvement in my lung capacity. I had more lung capacity because the lung inflammation was reduced. Also, the phlebitis in my leg was improving due to less inflammation. My aches and pains from the menopause were almost gone and my weight gain around the middle was melting away. I thought..... bloody hell... all this from a natural product. A lot of diseases/ conditions stem from inflammation in the body. It is a contributory factor in a lot of cancers. We can also carry a heavy metabolic waste load, due to our modern day living and unhealthy eating habits. I absolutely intend buying more of this product in the future. You can look up every ingredient in this product online. Nothing is hidden. Its all there to read. Why not give it a go. Just order 2 packets like I did and see what you think? I didn't actually buy this product

I didn't actually buy this product, but it was gifted to me by my wife. For the past few weeks, I've been having chronic headaches for some reason. I read on the packaging that it treats headaches by removing toxins out of the body. At first, I was a bit skeptical. But there is no other way to find out but to try it. And surprisingly, and a bit shockingly, it worked. I haven't encountered any issues such as side effects regarding this product, so I'm going to give it a 5-star rating for now.
